Highlights From Last Year
Last year’s March Break Camp was packed with fun, creativity, and adventure. Each day followed a different theme, giving campers a mix of arts & crafts, science activities, games, and group challenges that kept everyone engaged and excited throughout the week.
Campers also enjoyed special events like movie day, pizza day, and a field trip to the Discovery Centre in Halifax, where kids explored interactive exhibits and learned through hands-on play. From creative projects to active playtime and memorable outings, the week was full of laughter and new friendships.
This year’s camp will follow a similar format, with themed activity days, creative projects, group games, and special surprises planned throughout the week to give kids an unforgettable March Break experience.
“Thank you so much for this! My kids had an absolute blast. I must say you guys have gone above and beyond, sending the photos today and this follow up email to share kind words about the kids is really is appreciated and is so much more than we have gotten out of any camps to date. It was an amazing experience for my kids, and they will sign up for any future camps you may have 🙂
Thank you again so much, my kids can’t wait to come back to play and for camp if you offer more!
Thanks so much for everything!”
Shannon E., Parent

What to Expect at Camp
Wonder World’s March Break Camp offers a full day of fun, creativity, and active play in a safe and engaging environment led by experienced educators and camp staff.
Our camp program is carefully planned and structured, with activities guided by a curriculum developed by certified educators. Campers participate in themed activities, arts and crafts, creative projects, science and discovery activities, and group games designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and learning through play.
While campers do enjoy time in Wonder World’s play space each day, free play is only one part of the overall experience. Most of the day is spent participating in guided activities and group programs that keep children engaged and involved throughout the camp day.
Campers can also look forward to at least one off-site field trip during the week, giving children a chance to explore and enjoy a fun learning experience outside the play centre.
Children are signed in and out each day for safety, and required camp forms are completed at drop-off. Campers are encouraged to wear their Wonder World camp shirt each day and bring items needed for special activities when required.
To help children stay comfortable throughout the day, campers should bring:
• A water bottle
• Two snacks and a packed lunch
• Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing
• A change of clothes and extra socks
To help campers stay engaged with activities and friends, cellphones are not permitted during camp hours.
Each year’s program and themes are unique, but families can expect a similar mix of creativity, exploration, and fun experiences throughout the week.
