Adjusting Party Size

• You may adjust the party size as needed to accommodate more or fewer children.
• You may add up to two additional children to your party at the standard per-child rate, payable on the day of your event. If your guest count exceeds two additional children (for example, 13 guests for a 10-child package), your booking will automatically move to the next party tier, which is based on groups of five children (e.g., 10, 15, 20, etc.).
• Weekend party size restrictions apply based on the selected time slot.
• If you expect more children than originally booked, please notify us before your party date to ensure proper accommodations.

Rescheduling Your Party

• More than 14 days before the event – Free rescheduling to a new available date.
• 7 to 14 days before the event – Rescheduling to a new available date with a $50 + tax rescheduling fee.
• Less than 7 days before the event – Rescheduling to a new available date with a rescheduling fee of 50% of the booking fee.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 28 days before the original party date.
• Cancellations made within 28 days of the original party date will receive a 50% refund.
• Rescheduled parties are excluded from full refunds. If a rescheduled party is later cancelled, a 50% refund will apply, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs.

Unlimited Coffees

• Unlimited coffee means unlimited cups of coffee or coffee + lattes that can be made during the party time. Only regular size drinks are included. This offer is only valid for consumption within the party space and cannot be used for take-away. Coffee is prepared upon request at the café, and service speed depends on café availability. Sharing coffee outside the party guests is not permitted. Additional charges may apply for specialty requests or modifications beyond standard menu offerings.
