Multiday Play Pass Terms & Conditions
- One Child Per Pass: Each pass is issued to one child (named on the card) and may not be used by siblings or friends.
- Sibling Discount: Families receive 10% off each additional 30-Day Pass purchased for siblings.
- Non-Refundable: Multiday passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- One Session Per Day: Pass holders may enjoy one two-hour play session per day.
- Non-Transferable: Passes are non-transferable and valid only for the child to whom they are issued.
- Expiration:
– 10-Visit Passes do not expire
– 30-Day Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
- Adult Supervision Required: A child using a play pass must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or grandparent, who receives complimentary entry.
- Valid During Regular Hours: Passes are valid during regular business hours only and may not be used for special events, parties, or private rentals.
- Reservation Policy: Access is first-come, first-served. Advance reservations may be required during peak hours.
- Lost or Stolen Passes: Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store only, starting at $20. They can be used for play admission, toys, books, and at the café.
